U-FIRST specialises in the training and development fields of service provision. We design plan and present workshops to build capacity. We are proud of the programs we have already presented to a number of tertiary institutions across South Africa. 

We intend increasing our contribution in the life skills field and personnel empowerment sections of our services. We have identified a lot of gaps in the empowering of young learners as well as young children.
