The purpose of this web site is to promote fitness as a lifestyle. That would mean an exercise as a part of your everyday living, accompanied with a healthy diet and healthy living habits. I always encourage people to participate in physical activity. No matter what kind of exercise you enjoy you should make it part of your everyday routine with focus on health and safety. The goal of every exercise program should be on improving your health status and then your appearance, performance or weight loss. Modern society puts a lot of pressure on looks, but you should never endanger your health in pursuit of the perfect body of a magazine model.
