FISU has set the following dates for entries to reach the Organising Committee:

• General Entry Forms 2nd March 2008

• Quantitative Entry Form 2nd June 2008

• Nominative & Individual Entry Forms 2nd August 2008

The payment of team deposits is further due on 2nd June 2008 in order to secure the necessary bookings. The number of participants will be limited based on the capacity of each course, i.e. men 144 participants and women 124.

• Participation fees:
– USD 60 per person per day payable by athletes and officials of participating countries.

• Team Deposits:
– 25% of total participation fees to be paid by June 02, 2008 to Organising Committee.

• Necessary Bookings:
– Invoices will be forwarded on receipt of quantitive entry forms to assist with payment of deposits.

• FISU registration fee:
– USD20 per person for FISU member countries;
– USD40 per person for non-member countries.

• Refundable Breakage deposit:
– USD300 per delegation.
