Welcome Centre

• As the name implies, this is where the Sun City welcome begins for arriving guests. The Guest Relations Officers assist and outline some of the services available at the resort.

• Guests are transported by courtesy bus directly to their hotels.

• The Welcome Centre is equipped with telephone booths, large maps of the Sun City resort as well as vending machines offering cold drinks, snacks and cigarettes.

• Staff at the information counter will be happy to answer questions about Sun City and assist with bookings for nearly all activities. Television monitors carrying news of resort activities.

Catering

• Dining facilities on site at all accommodation venues.

• Uncompromising standards and professionalism, ensure a level of convention and banqueting facilities which few can beat.

• Variety of meals (menus) will be provided to cater for all nationalities, ethnic and religious groups.

– Breakfast: 06:00 to 10:00
– Lunch: 12:00 to 15:00 (Halfway House)
– Dinner: 18:30 to 21:00

• A wide variety of leisure activities is available in this magnificent resort complex.
• A Welcome Centre situated at the entrance of the Entertainment centre will meet the needs of every
visitor.
• A Concierge Desk in every hotel offers an extensive list of guest services.
• Professional assistance is offered in planning leisure activities both in and outside the resort.

– 24 hour professional nursing service, seven days a week, and is sufficiently equipped to stabilise a patient in an emergency situation;
